1) What did Dr K.K. Seet think of student using the SMS language in their schoolwork and teacher-pupil relationship?

To what I think, he felt annoying when student SMS message and e-mail him with informal English. He felt that SMS language cause a casualness level in the student-teacher relationship which has the dislike in him.

2) What feedback did Mrs Adrienne Pereira give on SMS language being shown over national TV?

She had complain on the SMS language in the SMS bar. She felt that it massed form of the English language is tolerated and accepted. She think that such massage should not be broadcast on national TV as an English-language station should promote good English.

3) Why do you think Nicholas's spelt "rocks" as "rawks"?

He feels the creative spelling makes the words more aesthetically pleasing.

4) How did Nicholas's mother react to her son's using SMS language? Give her contrasting views.

She felt that it is the in thing for teenagers who are used to those short forms.She also believe that when they started to write English, they know where to draw line from SMS lauguage.

1) What is the message of the video?

The message is to tell us how fortunate we are to live in a good and human environment. From the video, we knew that the poor are living in a poverty environment that make a big difference from the human environment. We people have electricity all around and we have a proper house to live in. But the poor doesn't have a proper place to live in.
Only if we willing to change our own world, our environment, we can be the same with everyone.

2)Mention 3 things you see that touched your heart? Why?

The first thing that touched by my heart is the environment of the poor. They have to live in a dirty and a messy place with no proper houses and food. Everyone of us need food to provide us energy to work and so thing. But they don't even have proper food to provide them energy but yet they have to work very hard to get their food.
The second thing that touched my heart is the education for the child. They doesn't have school and also the money for their child to get education. We are really very fortunate to have education. It concern about our future and what we are going to do when we grow up.
The third thing that touched my heat is, the work for them is really tough. Not like those job found in Singapore. And maybe their pay is only enough to eat one meal for their own.

3)What 2 things you can do to make a difference?

Save the environment by not burning any object. So that there won't be more global warming.
Help out those poor one who need help from us.
